Although modest in size, this renovation made a big difference. The existing laundry at the rear of the home was removed to allow for a much larger kitchen, with a discreet European-style laundry neatly integrated into the space.

A new powder room was added near the front entry, positioned alongside the existing bathroom to make better use of the existing services. Skylights were introduced to bring in more natural light, helping the corridor feel brighter.
