A couple purchased this home with the intention of renovating it, adding a first floor, and selling it.

This dwelling was on a narrow lot, it had strong bones but was tired and outdated.

The entire house was stripped back and renovated with new finishes. A ground floor addition was constructed to create a generous open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area that connects seamlessly to the outdoors. A new swimming pool was also introduced to the backyard, enhancing the home’s lifestyle offering and entertaining potential.

On the first floor, a second living room was added, along with an additional bedroom, a bathroom, and a master suite complete with an ensuite and walk-in robe.

The finishes were intentionally kept simple and timeless, selected to appeal to a broad market and support a successful resale.
