This was a corner site, which had two street frontages. One long street frontage was built facing the main street, as the owner wanted the dwellings to look large and prominent in the streetscape. Each dwelling contains four bedrooms, with two en-suites on the first floor, with a kitchen, living, dining, powder, laundry room and garages on the ground floor.

As the site was heavily sloping, it allowed for the outdoor area facing the narrower street frontage to be sunken in, providing additional privacy.
